Kesterwood
Kesterwood was developed in the 1920’s when Dr. Kesterson, said to have been Knoxville’s first professional trained dentist, built his home, Bedford Oaks, in 1928. Kesterwood has large trees and an eclectic mix of architecture, including stately Colonial-style homes to quaint stone cottages. Bordered by sprawling historic homes on Tazewell Pike and Jacksboro Pike, this neighborhood is quiet yet convenient to all Fountain City has to offer.
